Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on CurePoint's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Medical Equipment Services

CurePoint provides durable medical equipment (DME) services. All equipment is subject to:

  • Insurance verification and approval
  • Physician prescription requirements
  • Availability and inventory
  • Applicable state and federal regulations

4. Insurance and Billing

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans. Insurance coverage is subject to verification and approval by your insurance provider. You are responsible for any co-payments, deductibles, or non-covered items as determined by your insurance plan.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy on eligible items. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Some items may not be returnable due to health and safety regulations.

CurePoint makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall CurePoint or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CurePoint's website.
